Government proposes bet88 exend VAT reduction until 2026's end

The Government on April 23 proposed the National Assembly bet88 further extend the current value-added tax (VAT) cut policy until next year's end in support of businesses, the Government News has reported.

The Government also asked the legislative body bet88 expand VAT reduction policy bet88 cover other goods and services such as information technology, coke, oil and gas.

Earlier, the National Assembly had decided bet88 reduce VAT bet88 8% from 10% on certain types of goods and services, applicable from 2022 bet88 July 1, 2025, except for the following groups of goods and services:

- Telecommunications, financial activities, banking, securities, insurance, real estate business, metals and prefabricated metal products, mining products (excluding coal mining), coke, refined petroleum, chemical products.

- Goods and services subject bet88 special consumption tax.

- Information technology according bet88 the law on information technology.
