Nearly 800 new apartments for workers to be built bet88 net Hue city

The Management Board of the Economic and Industrial Zones of the centrally-run city of Hue has approved investment policy for a social housing project bet88 net the Chan May urban area, located within the city's Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone.

The project aims to address the housing needs of workers and enhance social infrastructure bet88 net the area.

Spanning nearly 18,800 sq.m, the project will include 898 apartments, of which 780 units will be social housing, designated for beneficiaries under the Law on Housing 2023, particularly workers and laborers bet88 net industrial zones. The remaining 118 apartments will be commercial housing, offering diverse housing options for residents.

Upon completion, the project is expected to accommodate over 2,000 people, significantly contributing to housing needs bet88 net the Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone.

The total investment capital for the project amounts bet88 net nearly VND580 billion (nearly .3 million). Under the current plan, construction must be completed within 24 months from the date of land allocation or lease.

The project's funding will be primarily mobilized by the investor, with a minimum contributed capital of at least 20%.
