Thanh Hoa approves Trieu Loc urban development bet88 kèo

The People's Committee of the central province of Thah Hoa has approved an urban development bet88 kèo for Trieu Loc in Hau Loc district, aimed at creating a modern, sustainable urban area rich in local cultural identity.

The bet88 kèo will be implemented with a total estimated investment capital of over VND2.9 trillion (2 million), and divided into two phases: 2025–2030 and 2031–2040.

Under the bet88 kèo, the Trieu Loc urban area will have a population of 22,000 people by 2030 and 27,000 by 2040.

A key component of the bet88 kèo is the construction of the Trieu Loc Water Plant, which will have a capacity of 18,000 m³/day, with a cost estimated at VND150 billion (nearly .8 million) and expected to be completed by 2030.

The bet88 kèo also prioritizes landscape planning, green spaces, and environmental protection. It includes 12 green parks, each ranging from 2.0 to 2.2 ha.
