SK Group buys shares in bet88’s FMCG retail platform
bet88 and the SK Group have signed an agreement to purchase shares in The CrownX - an FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) retail platform owned by bet88 Consumer Holdings and WinCommerce - with a total value of 5 million. Alibaba and Baring Private Equity Asia invested 0 million last May in purchasing 5.5 per cent of The CrownX.
